Shipping and delivery

1. Delivery TimeWe provide shipping all over Pakistan through Leopard and internationally through Fedex. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days for local orders and 5 days for international orders. Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

2. Listing and descriptions.Maria.B makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Maria.B. cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style.

3. Amend your orders.Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

4. Returning the Product in StoreWe do not accept returns for online orders for orders at our retail locations. For orders delivered to locations in Pakistan, you can email us at help@mariab.ae in order to arrange product pick-up with us or with one of our representatives. In both cases, you must deliver the receipt that you received when the product was correctly delivered along with the product to be returned.

5. What is the Exchange Policy?If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You must bring it back in within 14 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

6. What if my merchandise does not fit?You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by going to the store where you purchased it. Please remember to bring the invoice along with you. The exchange or refund should be made in within 14 days.

7. What if my merchandise is damaged?We do a satisfactory check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will exchange it in within 14 days of purchase.

8. Why do I need a verification code sent to my mobile?After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a code will be sent to the mobile number you provided previously. After submitting this code, your order will have been confirmed. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system.

9. What if I don’t receive the code?You should have received an SMS with your code by now. If it isn’t there, you may hit resend again. If you still didn’t receive the code, you may have provided with the wrong number. If that is the case, kindly double check your number on the checkout page, and if you’re sure your number is correct you will receive a call from us

10. Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?Yes, your order has been placed; this process just helps us to provide better customer service. We highly recommend that you submit the code for a faster delivery.
